@redsqualityacre pinged me and asked if we could make use of a bunch of bok choy seconds (insect damage on tops!). We made a fair deal and, and now we have bok choy kimchi going in the barrel today. Creating a market for excess &/or imperfect produce is part of our mission so this win-win situation has me all 😁😁😁💯🙌🏼💪. #kimchi #fermented
